Mr. Bathum will lead students in a fun 3-day instrumental music workshop for student with 0-1 year of jazz experience. We will center on learning jazz style, improvisation, and individual expression. The workshop will wrap up on the final day with a short, low key jam session.
This workshop is open to any Madison band student who wants to give jazz a try or build on their basic experience, including anyone currently participating in Madison Jazz 2 or Jazz Lab.
